Just what you could clearly see in the video, I counted 27 instances of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public endangerment and destruction of federal property. Every rock or object thrown, can easily account for all four of those charges. Assault also, if anyone inside the vehicles was harmed in any way. And it wouldn't be a stretch to label all charges as "aggravated" and even throw terrorism charges at him.
He's looking potentially at over a hundred charges, many of them being felonious, that he amassed during just a little 5-minute hissy fit. In a just world, he's looking at 40-60 years minimum. But it's California, so they'll probably give him a golden key to the city and build statues of him.
