It's THAT they did it in a partisan witch hunt to keep him out of office again that's the problem.

You're obviously correct. This thread and the hysteria that has ensued is one of the most embarrassing moments on the Poli Board. I expected more from this crowd, but obviously shouldn't have.
Trump's attorneys are using a court filing as a campaign strategy to influence dullards. Vote for the guy, but there's no valid reason to get worked up over such a non-issue.

Biden should be sent to prison for removing Trump's classified status and signing off on the raid.
Did you miss that the photos were staged to be classified documents?
There is a reason it was reported that the DOJ and Biden's people intervened with the FBI when they saw no reason to raid.
The DOJ waited for Trump to get delivered an overwhelming amount of boxes then had the boxes they took delivered.
If the FBI raided Obama, Bush, Clinton right now with shoot to kill orders what would you say?
