Criminally prosecute them all, throw them in jail then sue them to break them forever while they rot in prison.
TIA.

Please expound.
Exactly what law do you contend was violated?
If I understand the story correctly, instead of allowing ICE to take the alleged illegal alien into custody, they released him, for him to then murder someone.

I wouldn’t sue if it was family of mine killed, but my actions would likely result in me being jailed or killed.

It would be quite ironic if the next illegal murderer released came into contact with you, though I certainly would never wish for such misfortune to befall you.

That’s the only thing that will stop these people from doing these things.
They don’t fear the law.
I’m talking about the authorities that released him.

How do you suggest that the prosecutor should have proceeded with no victims and no witnesses?
He was arrested 7 times, libtard. These are the type of criminals you leftist say ICE should be going after, instead of working illegal aliens, yet here you are making excuses. He was also charged with 2 gun crimes. The same type of “common sense gun control” your side apparently wants.
Just admit you want open borders and open jails. We already know you do, you’re just too chicken shite to admit it

The murderer was allegedly in this country illegal, thus the ICE detainer ... instead of allowing ICE to take the alleged illegal alien into custody, they released him.
I ask again ... "Exactly what law do you contend was violated" by the county, the sheriff, the judge and/or the prosecutor?
You want to send them to prison. Certainly you can tell us what criminal statute they violated.

I think a civil suit would be sufficient. At least to be a thorn in their side for a while.

"who was killed? was it somebody important, like from Hollywood?"

Apparently you too beleive that the county, sheriff, prosecutor or judge has committed a crime. Please cite it for us.
...
I will save us some time. Compliance with immigration detainers is voluntary, and no federal law mandates compliance with them.
Should the sheriff have honored the detainer? I think so, but that is a VERY different question versus the claim that she committed a felony by not doing to.

If that subhuman was charged prosecuted and found guilty of all previous crimes, it would still be in jail and would not have had the opportunity to have been re-released. It’s not that hard.

I just want your dream of assisting illegals in their continued commission of crimes to come true in a very personal way for you.

You’re the cum-dumpster making excuses for a murderer. It would be a shame if you are somebody you love fell victim to a criminal or illegal alien who’s been released multiple times by one of your fellow democrats

Absolutely no one in this thread is "defending" this criminal alien.
But you seem to feel strongly that the sheriff, et al., should be jailed for declining to honor the immigration detainer. It seems reasonable to ask what statute you contend she violated.

I am sure some of the victim's family members are debating their own form of justice....Gerard Butler style.
