They are a plague. They destroy what they have by voting for liberals and their wealth redistribution policies. Then, when those same policies they voted for price them out of their state, they move to states with more favorable tax/business regulations...yet they continue to vote for liberal policies in effect, creating the same situation they already fled once.

It's. fricking. Lunacy.

This combined with immigration are massive problems with the GOP and to be honest I don't see them ever stopping it.

What do you want them to do,

Go to Illinois.

Or, should they choose Fl or TX for the low taxes, please don't vote for Democrats that want to raise taxes.

Doesn't see that hard, Wally.

I feel like most of the people that move to the South from the Northeast already do this (including my family which is hardcore GOP and was 30 years ago in NYC).

You can look at how the voting has changed in FL over the years and see clearly that the folks moving from the NE are not changing the way they voted in the NE...

Apparently, your family did not change the way they voted when they moved either...

This is a good time for Louisiana to be hot, humid and last on just about every list. NYC exiles don't want to come here.

I don’t want to land in Mexico
I don’t want to land on no Three Mile Island
I don’t want to see my skin aglow
I don’t want to land in Commanchee sky park
Or in Nashville, Tennessee
I don’t want to land in no San Juan airport
Or in Yukon Territory
I don’t want to land in no San Diego
I don’t want to land in no Buzzard’s Bay
I don’t want to land on no Ayatolah
I got nothing more to say
