This guy isn't an EU official.
His name is Gunther Fehlinger and he's the shite stirring head of some pro-NATO/pro-EU NGOs.
He promotes himself as "“Chairman of the Austrian Committee for NATO Enlargement" but that's just the name of one of his NGOs and has nothing to do with actual Austrian politics. He has never been elected or appointed to anything in his life.
