"It seeks to differentiate itself from hundreds of similar portfolios by trying to change corporate behavior through annual voting on ESG proposals such as climate-related or gender pay equality issues."

Using capitalism to install Marxist ideology.

Sad, yet fascinating times in which we live.

Everyone Read The Progressive Era by Rothbard.

You will see this coming from a million miles away.

The left want to control every aspect of your life and the ends always justify the means no matter what. They want equality of outcome no matter what that outcome is with a rigid hierarchy and strict ruling class atop an all powerful government.

The right just wants to be left alone in the land of opportunity where we can all prosper with a limited government.

The problem is the right is going to wait until it’s too late for peace to fight

Are we still panicking about this? Not only has this been around for years, this ETF is small potatoes. REALLY small potatoes.

I've got zero issues with people putting money where their mouth is.

There was one thing we weren't really thinking of,
and that's money ... money changes everything
I said money ... money changes everything
We think we know what we're doin'
That don't mean a thing
It's all in the past now
Money changes everything.

"Progressive fairy tale."

...

He is partially accurate ... US. Chamber of Commerce backed Republicans are driven by short term profits and short term issues that help them get reelected.

USCOC & Big Tech are responsible for growing China into a world power.

No.

The right is driven by profit motives. Period.

The left is driven by greed and penis envy.

I'm not panicking ... but, many of the major Wall St brokers have integrated this into their platforms. It is just one example of the long term thinking of the radical Left. The Right is focused on winning the next election so they can push through what their donors want. Neither of the major parties are really for "We The People". People who think that they are are sadly mistaken. They fall in line and forget how to think for themselves... going around sounding like talking puppets.

Kind of easy to do when Marxist billionaires have set the plan years ago. Just funnel the money to American politicians, scientists and media along with what they’ll be doing and saying and that’s it.

"ESG" can be defined along a million parameters. The push is for individual clients to choose their own ESG portfolio - according to causes that they care about. That is to say - one client might think Tesla is ESG, the other might want to exclude Tesla because they don't think it is. Lots of this stuff is going to cancel out.

Like China, but China will soon be an example of what not to do.
