In this interview, Maricopa County recorder Stephen Richer claims federal law says if someone doesn't have documentation of citizenship ,that they can sign a paper under oath that they are citizen of the US and they have to registered them.

Johnson raises baseless concerns on noncitizen voting
House Speaker Mike Johnson raised baseless concerns about “potentially hundreds of thousands of votes” being cast by undocumented immigrants in the November presidential election.

“If an individual only asserts or simply states that they are a citizen, they don’t have to prove it, and they can register that person to vote in a federal election,” Johnson said, adding that “we only want US citizens to vote in US elections.”

To solve this issue, which he called a “serious problem,” Johnson said House Republicans would propose a bill that requires people to directly provide proof of US citizenship when registering to vote for federal elections.

I’d like to see that law so we can evaluate this claim.

Pretty sure that is what covers "provisional" ballots. Those ballots are "supposed" to be verified before counting them officially. That is why actual auditing should occur, not just recounting.

It's why they were allowed to cross over under the Biden administration.

That's only Arizona.

A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a "federal only" voter). A "federal only" voter will become eligible to vote a "full ballot" in all federal, state, county and local elections if he or she later provides valid proof of citizenship to the appropriate County Recorder's office.

Federal only voters may use the Federal Voter Registration form, available here:

Trump should state up front that any immigrants that commit such a felonious fraud will be immediately prosecuted, documented and deported. Just that statement will put the brakes on.

It's a good strategy.

Nothing to be done.. because Democrats and uniparty Republicans fight tooth and nail against any form of transparency.

So basically, you can vote for president and senator without having to show proof of citizenship. And since dims run the election, they'll never question these votes?

AZ legislature approved a HB to turn this garbage off. It was stayed by a leftist judge after Soros funded lawfare attacked it.

And magically, once you voted in a federal election, that proves you’re a voter, and you can vote in all elections henceforth.

Who would accept an affidavit from anyone who clearly stands to benefit from fraud?

No third-party required?

I would like to see this law
