What three states would you remove from the Union if you had a choice?
Alaska, Hawaii, Maine… would make the map much cleaner
Also the three furtherest away from LA so we really wouldn’t see any effects at all

Thinking logically, I would eliminate NY, California, and Illinois. Why? They have a total of 101 electoral votes, and they are practically a slam dunk to vote for the Democrat nominee.
But, it would also eliminate some of the worst people in Congress. Idiots like Adam Schiff, Maxine Watters, AOC, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi, etc.
EDIT - On second thought, I would replace Illinois with Minnesota.
PS - I guess I should state that this is a hypothetical situation. I just learned tonight that a certain narcissist from Lake Charles doesn't seem to understand the meaning of that word.

Oregon and Washington too
Not sure why 2 of the most beautiful states in the country would be called shite holes.
California is beautiful, but that’s 54 electoral college votes. I’ll add New York & Minnesota.

Texas, Georgia and Alabama. Soften that SEC schedule up a bit.

Can’t do California. That is a wealth of resources and coast line. Just give up a couple of shitholes in the middle. New Mexico and Minnesota. Kentucky can go ahead and form their own stupid country. There that is it.

Very difficult to choose only 3.
Minnesota, California, and either New York or Michigan. Leaning NY due to population.

I’d prefer all 50 remain. Don’t want to lose all the unique things each provides.

Delaware: Dover Motor Speedway and the beaches are both great. It also has a unique history compared to most of the original colonies, and it was the first state.
Rhode Island: Huge sailing culture that was the home of the America’s Cup for generations. Houses the Naval War College. RI was the birthplace of America’s religious freedom concept.

Kansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. You wouldn’t notice them gone.

California and NY unfortunately are too important to the nation economically
California has a budget DEFICIT. That have high taxes as well. How are they important to the nation economically? Ports? You know new ports have been constructed throughout history.
Same with New York. The only reason those states have ANY income is shipping.
California produces produce, but so do many other states.
Move the ports to favorable states.
