It's not gore but the dude does get shot and dies.
Just FYI before you watch it.
Multiple shots and people think it was excessive.
People even highlight the bullets hitting the ground as the officers are still shooting as he falls to the ground to say it was overkill
I say job well done, officers!
Some real idiots out there siding with criminals

Was this gentleman upset because he was on his way to his biology 101 class and the cops were going to make him late?

With Fugeez playing in the background. Filmer doesn’t say a word.

It truly is a waste. Could have saved at least a couple rounds in being a better skilled shooter.

Also guy is walking toward median and oncoming traffic.
If he hurts someone that is innocent the police didnt do their jobs right. They cannot win.

He’s white? Police don’t kill white people!

Don't want to get shot? Don't wave a gun around the police. Simple

As a potential driver in traffic with my family in my car, I want this trash disposed up quickly so he doesn’t send a stray round into an innocent person devastating their lives forever.

The police did right
That man needed help. Cant risk everybody else's life.

There is no reason for him to be holding a gun, and I suspect this is a case of suicide by cop.

People still don't understand. When a cop pulls the trigger the goal is always to illuminate the threat. Basically kill. It is not "shoot, wait to see the effect, shoot again if needed". IF a cop has to pull the trigger the determination has been made that lethal force is justified. The goal is to end it, and you have multiple rounds at your disposal so shoot multipole rounds. You do not risk a dying man shooting back as he falls or after he hits the pavement.

There is no such thing as overkill. It is time 'law & order' are recovered and strengthened in this country. King Obama did a masterful job of diluting and tearing down most levels of social and legal order. As the old saying goes FAFO. Well..... the dude found out. The keys to survival are simple. Obey the laws! Obey law enforcement.

Don't even need to watch the video to be able to deliver this public service announcement:
Do not wave a pistol in the air at the cops. You will be shot dead.

How is this even a story. He commits several crimes, including public safety issues, waiver a gun and points toward others, moves toward more public humans, and gets fricking ICED.
I dont care if hes retarded, on drugs, a veteran, wife left him, etc etc etc
No reason for him to be in a car, with a weapon, out in public.
Absolutely not 1 single issue with this. Should happen more

Any officer that waits on an armed and obviously crazy individual to fire the first shot is a fool and an irresponsible father if he has children. Armchair quarterbacking is easy when one’s life is not at stake.

There's slapping the trigger and there's slapping the fricking trigger.
Good Lord.
Good Lord.

Dude dropped his hands without dropping his weapon. It is easy to nitpick it in slow motion, but as soon as those hands start dropping while still holding the handgun, any officer with decent instincts is going to fire.

Quoted for truth.
He's dead due to his own actions. When he brought the firearm into play, he created a timer on his life. He could have ended it by simply dropping the weapon, he chose to test the police and lost.
I'll never stop being surprised by dumbasses who think they have some special ability or knowledge of some secret loophole which will allow them to act out with firearms and not be killed over it.
