'Some people say that I saved 100 million lives worldwide,' Trump claimed this week.

(LifeSiteNews) – mRNA technology pioneer and prominent critic of the COVID-19 establishment Dr. Robert Malone declared that he cannot support former President Donald Trump’s bid to return to the White House as long as the candidate continues to stand by the COVID-19 vaccines his administration oversaw.

During an interview on Real America’s Voice, host David Brody asked if Trump would “acknowledge that the COVID-19 vaccines were not as safe or effective as we were told by the medical community at the time,” citing the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention’s (CDC’s) recent acknowledgment that it is investigating a potential link between the Bivalent Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and ischemic stroke for recipients age 65 or above. (The agency later said the link was “very unlikely.”)

In response, Trump launched into a self-congratulatory defense of the COVID shots, which were developed and released in a fraction of the time vaccines usually take under his administration’s Operation Warp Speed initiative. “I was able to get something approved that, you know, that has proven to have saved a lot of lives,” he said. “Some people say that I saved 100 million lives worldwide.”

“You have to understand, there are the pros and cons,” the president went on. “Some reports say that it’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened and we saved tens of millions of lives. Then you’ll read other reports that say there were some problems with the vaccine …but relatively small numbers.

“But, you know, you have many reports that say the vaccines save tens of millions of lives,” Trump reiterated. “That without the vaccines you would have had a thing … where perhaps 100 million people died.”

His answer did not sit well with Malone, who endorsed a declaration that “this will not get elected. I am out,” from Dr. Brian Tyson. He followed up by revealing that he once filmed a video meant to encourage Trump to change his mind on the subject, but it had “no impact.”
From the snooty GOP establishment madly sending emails to Ronna McRomney hating Trump's guts, to everyone else, their madre' and the MSM...

Trump can't afford to piss off the purebloods that trust the plan.

You can feel this strategy to lose Trump support just firing up by the establishment snoots.

Trump has to address this.

He was criticized for his handling of COVID every step of the way. The Dems even doubted the vaccine was safe or effective publicly until he “lost” the election, at which time they seemed to get jabbed all at once.

His working with the private sector to produce and distribute millions of vials in such a short time was a huge accomplishment in itself and shows that government can be used for good when it’s leaders aren’t entirely corrupt.

However, the vax has shown itself, at least in my eyes, to have done more harm than good (if any), and he needs to find a way to talk about it without praising the vax, itself, no matter how much pride he has in that process.

So this Dr. Malone is a one issue only voter undoubtedly. Not too bright imo for someone smart enough to be a doctor.

Easy tiger, you just described at least half this board (minus the doctor part. But even the ones who are are “off” too). Trump best be saying the right words about this vaccine, or else he will be denied the privilege of their vote!

Absolutely. ASAP! He should admit that he did not not squat about complex medicine, and that the Deep State operators that he was forced to choose from for advice hoped Trump would fall on his face. So as not to get any credit.

If a person cannot admit that they were muscled by the Deep Stated via the highly problematic vaccine/shutdown push, but clings to the idea that the election was rigged (rightly so, IMO) then they lose cred re leadership.

This is classic Trump. Only a half million Americans were reputedly dead of covid at the end of 2020. But Trump suggest “his” vaccines saved 100 million people. “Worldwide”, I know, but still hilarious. He is such a douchebag.

All he has to do is say he was misled by his medical advisors and name them. They obviously fought to hide the true origin and presented themselves as knowing what they were talking about instead of telling the truth, which was our advice is an educated guess.

2 weeks to flatten the curve.

Letting the nations economy slow to a trickle and bailing out Covidians put the nation in a pretty big hole.

I wish we could have W as president again

He was the greatest president of my lifetime. Back then life was so much better. You didn’t have to go to work every day, you could ride a bike everywhere, vidyagames were still split screen multiplayer instead of online. Really the greatest president we’ve ever had.

Blatantly biased and misleading, of course. Trump refers to something or things that “some people” have said. He also referred to others who have raised issues with the vaccine. But by all means, onward with the circle jerk.

This is absolutely true. I remember at the time being amazed how quickly Dems and the MSM switched gears. Before the election, Trump was called out for being xenophobic, and there was a lot of distrust in the "vaccine".
After the election, Dems wanted the shot mandated; biggest about face I can remember, and more evidence that Covid was political, not science.

Of course it's absolutely true

Both sides did a complete 180, it's almost like both sides don't care about facts and only care about pushing an agenda.

Trump locked us down and suspended our civil liberties, used tax dollars to subsidize ‘Operation Warp Speed’, spent us further into oblivion with COVID bailouts, and paved the way for Joe Biden.

The last three Republican presidents have sucked big time.

Trump’s doing exactly what he needs to do. This group that’s beating the drum of “use our pre-approved words to say the vaccine is so so very bad and wrong - or else…” - he’s doing just right to pay these demands no mind. These same people are simply hunting for a reason to denounce Trump, because of course it’s the cool thing to do.

Today it’s “we must hear you use our words to align yourself with our demands on this particular issue, or else you’re no good to us on everything else!” And sure as sure can be if he buckles to these demands for words, tomorrow it’ll be something different/new. This group is destined to join the cool kids team anyway, with the daily outrage.

There’s absolutely nothing to gain by appeasing this group. And as I’d expect, he’s not at all concerned about this vocal minority. It’s of no moment.
