Remove the hold harmless agreement that these pharmaceutical companies have with the US government and watch how quickly these wonder drugs are taken off the market.
You would not buy a new car without any kind of recourse for a defective product. Why would you agree to it when it’s something that is injected into your body.

I’m worth way more than this in a standard court of law. This is a joke…. Besides who pays for this? If the companies do not have to fork out the cash why would they guarantee a flawless product? Pfizer made record profits last year even though the tax payers are flipping the bill. What a sweet gig for them.
Fascism should rightly be called corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power.

Had a physical today and the doctor was grilling me on why I haven’t taken a vaccination yet. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with a lot of the information coming forth from other health professionals including Dr Malone, the pioneer of MRNA technology
The Dr said the current data shows your chances of negative side effects from a vaccine is much less than contracting Covid19 …said differently, the odds are much better for survival lif you take the vaccine.
I told the Dr that the information thus far is far from conclusive but when a vaccine is put on the market I’m comfortable with I will consider that vaccine.

Hey dumbass, Ive listened to Dr Malone and I have read up on his credentials. He is not the inventor of the vaccine he is the inventor of the vaccine technology. However, that does not mean he is full of shite. He is one of the top experts in the country regarding this vaccine shitshow. So I am going to listen to his opinion before I listen to a dumbass like you who constantly spews hatred on this board.

AH the proverbial other side of the coin. Its exactly why they put the no recourse in place. We would still be looking for a vaccine 50 fking years from now while they covered their arses for every abulance chasing lawyer. Its also a reason why we pay so frigging much for anything we ingest or use in the US, fking lawyers.
We would not enjoy 80% of the things we have now because no one would bother faced with the potential lawsuits. Can you imagine going to the moon, I was raised in Huntsville, half the city would have sued the federal govt for all the stuff they were testing out at the arsenal during that time. Instead we cheered them on, we were proud...but thats an America I was RAISED IN, we didnt grow up like weeds.
