Their lone carrier has a ramp. They cant make sheetrock that isnt toxic. Notorious for, "if they steal the plans for a hammer all they'll be able to make is more hammers"
Lets say this is true. I am going to laugh my arse off when, in the hopes of making some nasty superbug, they end up making a new strain of the common cold instead. Because China gonna China.

From being exposed to ABC warfare concepts many years ago a bio weapon or any other type of germ, chemical or atomic weapon, is designed to immediately debilitate the target not give it a fever in 10 days.
Admittedly my experience is long ago in Europe and related to disabling military units, not soft targets.
