It should be more telling how fricked up our establishment run media is.
Fauci occupied every position.
Masks, no masks, masks, double masks, no masks, no lockdowns, lockdowns, vaccine, no vaccine, virus is created by nature, virus is man made. If you're vaccinated, you have to still wear a mask and isolate yourself. If you're vaccinated, you can take your mask off and go out in public.

This is actually a description of the present iteration of the Republican Party - an authoritarian movement contemptuous of democracy, beholden to hostile foreign actors, & which has tacitly approved the tactical deployment of violence against not only its political opponents but also against the institutions of the American state.

I continue to believe that the problem lies more with Fauci's enabler than with Fauci himself.
I just think it's unreasonable to expect a dweeb who waited his whole life for his ship to come in to have a realistic view of when his usefulness has waned.
And it's even more foolish to let that government official speak recklessly on behalf of two administrations to anyone with a microphone. Fauci is a monster created by government, and Trump's administration certainly has to take some of that blame.
