Not trying to sound rude, but why are you even looking st the stock market right now?

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Probably hoping the bottom doesn't completely bottom out. Friday was optimistic, then Monday the bottom fell. Then Tuesday a slight recovery, and now wednesday, back in freefall.

When is there going to be a backlash over shutting down our economy?

And it will be until there is a shred of positive news. If you can, be ready to buy.

People talking about a depression and big government mandates creating uncertainty will do that.

Then stop watching. You think that's going to make it go up?

The only time I watch the market is opening and closing.

was hoping they would remove the 6.2% payroll tax till end of year like they were talking about. would bump my 401k % up accordingly

No other nation is more dependent on consumers spending borrowed money to buy imported products than the U.S.

Thanks to the press conference today, we just learned that in addition to lacking tests nationwide, we have a backlog of 4-5 days at the CDC in getting results. So things are actually worse than they have been telling us and we are still having issues with testing.

Also Boeing is about to completely implode as customers will soon be able to cancel orders for planes that haven't been delivered.

The destruction of our economy is far worse than any destruction that this flu could bring. Our government officials have so overreacted in an irresponsible way
