quote:

The Trump campaign's Senior Legal Advisor Jenna Ellis pushed a so-called 'birther' narrative Thursday that Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be vice president because her parents weren't citizens when she was born in Oakland, California.

'It's an open question, and one I think Harris should answer so the American people know for sure she is eligible,' Ellis told ABC News.

Ellis' views on the issue came to light after she retweeted a link to a 'birther' op-ed published on Newsweek's website Wednesday written by right-wing law professor John C. Eastman.

As a highly principled conservative you’re really batting hard for Kamala.

She shouldn't be able to run because her ancestors owned slaves and because she is a whore who got her first two jobs in politics from a guy she was screwing.

Why do these news agencies never identify individuals by their affiliation with the left?

I want to see the people who pushed the Russian collusion narrative become outraged over the questioning of kamala's legitimacy.

This sort of argument is only going to hurt Trump. This lawyer dude needs to quit it now.

There are a hundred legit, valid reasons why Kamala is a bad candidate. This isn't one of them. The Trump campaign needs to focus its energy on arguments that actually work or score points.

Kamala was born in California, therefore eligible to run for VP. Case closed.

Don't start this nonsense. This just gives the left an easy "see they are racist" out so they do not have to hold an actual conversation.

Isn’t it amazing how many people dismiss birtherism as sheer lunacy, yet still believe that Trump is a secret Russian super spy who pees on hookers?

Geesh.

Her prosecutorial record is the ultimate hanging curveball and he's not going for it.

Are they both trying to lose?

Wild accusations are well within the rules of modern politics.

Doesn't change my argument at all.

the post i was replying to heavily implied that this was some sort of campaign strategy approved by the team before she sent the tweet. We have zero evidence of that and it is grossly irresponsible to imply that without knowing the truth.

And those will be argued for the independents.

Not per the SCOTUS:

The ruling by the SCOTUS. AND IT'S FRIGGIN NUMBER 1 by the MAJORITY !

quote:

1 - The facts of this case, as agreed by the parties, are as follows: Wong Kim Ark was born in 1873, in the city of San Francisco, in the state of California and United States of America, and was and is a laborer. His father and mother were persons of Chinese descent, and subjects of the emperor of China. They were at the time of his birth domiciled residents of the United States, having previously established and are still enjoying a permanent domicile and residence therein at San Francisco.

Here parents being here and popping out one does not make her a naturalized citizen.

Have you ever asked why the framers and first generation Citizens used 2 different phrases? Citizens vs Naturalized Citizens?

When did they use those 2?

Well, one of those uses were in context of holding the office of President or VP.

These bogus theories seem to have a much shorter shelf life than 4 years ago, creating the need to generate about one per week.

It will be fun to watch this merry go round of BS from Trump's campaign the next few months.
