Without knowing the actual quote, I assume it’s something like this -
“We have drugs that can bring someone back to life. From the dead. Dying. Back. It’s amazing what we can do. Basically, dead to alive again.”
I’ve said the same about hydration after a hard night of drinking.
So once again, it has to be assumed a figurative comment is being misconstrued as literal.
Or maybe not. Maybe we have zombie drugs. Could be.

Unfortunately he doesn't give any details on this shite. I still find it interesting though. Presumably any "experimental drug" (epinephrine isn't) that is out here curing terminally ill patients is, at the same time, going through human trials.
