On a news show a couple of weeks ago after he put out what even lawyers argued to the judge---- was not right...hundreds of OMB pages....

Ignoring that Judge Cannon said he is null and void...

They did a segment of polling undecided voters. A few said that because of insurrection they cannot vote for him.

So they are rehashing J6 for votes.

What happened to Speaker Johnson declaring the J6th committee null and void as Gaetz called for?

During the Summer of Love the Left burned and looted their way across America and lest we forget...attacked the White House itself on multiple nights. being held back by the Secret Service with little to no help from the Mayor the National Guard or anyone else....imagine that,

Where are the lengthy prison sentences? A lot of Secret Service agents were injured. Other Feds were hurt across the country in attacks on Federal properties. Where is the FBI??

The special counsel says Trump "willfully caused his supporters to obstruct and attempt to obstruct" the certification of Joe Biden's victory in 2020.
just that statement right there should blow his case up. You can end it right there....

....because of the word "cause"

Not incite, not encourage, not wish or hope. Cause. In other words, in no scenario if it wasn't for Trump saying what he said it would have never happened. If you "cause" something, there is no wiggle room; without you it never, under any circumstances, happens.

The mere fact that they were already assembled and plans for the rally existed before he stood on that platform eliminates "cause".

wtf is he doing? Is he just allowed to go after a presidential candidate legally for anything on behalf of his opposition under the federal banner?
He has to file expenditures. How many millions in billable hours is he up to? The ones that control the purse can stop him. The DOJ NSD can't just willy nilly still cut Jack Smith checks for being a special counsel... after he was declared illegally appointed.

Did the GOP establishment secretly suddenly vote with the democrats for his appointment and funding?

After Cannon's ruling he should have closed shop immediately.

No shite. I could have sworn that the Supreme Court ruled that he has no authority to do anything since he wasn't appointed by Congress.

Well, they also ruled that Biden couldn't cancel Student Loan Debt.... doesn't stop him from trying every two weeks though, does it?

"Contrary to the defendant’s claim ... that he bears no factual or legal responsibility for the 'events on January 6,' the superseding indictment plainly alleges that the defendant willfully caused his supporters to obstruct and attempt to obstruct the proceeding by summoning them to Washington, D.C., and then directing them to march to the Capitol to pressure the Vice President and legislators to reject the legitimate certificates and instead rely on the fraudulent electoral certificates," Smith's team wrote.

They did not.

The Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit has ruled (in other cases) this appointment method is valid.

It was a district court in Florida who ruled this for the Florida case (which is being appealed to the 11th Circuit).
