She was largely apolitical spending her money on helping people. God bless her and she now sings with Angels.

I hope her Imagination Library continues on. For anyone out there that has kids under 5, I would highly highly suggest signing them up. Over the life of the program they've given away millions of quality books, my sons little library of IL books is awesome. Tons of memories brought back from books that were around when some of us were kids too.
