Flynn admitted to making false statements to the FBI about having conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in 2016 and agreed to cooperate with special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russian probe, but Flynn later withdrew that plea. He said the government had made a “bad faith” case against him that was built on “vindictiveness.”

Didn't it come out later that the Feds withheld exculpatory evidence?

And didn't the judge refuse to dismiss the case even though DOJ and Flynn both requested it?

That whole situation was unreal and should have been on everyone's radar. If the media did its job, it would have been a huge story.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

So let me get this right.

Flynn sues the govt. The govt admits fault and agrees on a payoff. Said payoff is paid for by you and I. Yet we have no way of knowing how much said payoff is.

Seems legit.

1% of everything Trump had to go through. Yea.. it was bad but nothing compared to what Trump had to go through. My point is that Flynn has been a pain in the arse the past year and acts like Trump owes him a blowjob or something and it's getting annoying

Whatever it is, it is probably not enough.

The ones who persecuted him also need to go to jail for criminally abusing power and violating his constitutional and civil rights.

Can only imagine how much he spent on attorneys.

1.25 is an insult

1. The original agent in charge of Flynn's investigation recommended closing it; discredited Stzrok kept it open, and the whole thing was predicated on the dubious Logan Act.
2. Comey is on record admitting he violated FBI policy by not notifying WH counsel before conducting interview he allegedly lied in.
3. Then FBI violated policy by taking three weeks, instead of 3 to 5 days, to file the record of the interview, which was suspiciously edited.
4. Flynn has credibly maintained for a long time he only pled guilty due to the financial pressures of the government's lawsuit -- he sold a house to pay legal bills.

Kash’s girlfriend says he is part of a foreign influence op now. Who do we believe?

the timing of the events makes me believe they are related. Flynn was probably asking for too much, got fed up with the DOJ so started attacking them (smear campaign against Kash’s wife), Kash’s wife catches on and exposes him, Flynn loses his leverage and accepts the lowball offer.

Him and his son have completely lost their minds the last year, I have definitely noticed that on their X posts. Mike thinks he’s someone special with current intel, but he couldn’t even see his own self getting railroaded. It’s hard to feel bad for the guy when it’s pretty obvious he’s an attention whore.

I don't know if i would have been able to bring myself to settle. That man is a patriot for not dragging his country through this anymore. Im sure it helps that none of those (insert whatever you want here, I couldn't come up with anything good enough) are even in charge anymore.

He pled guilty. This is right wingers actually raiding the treasury and giving money to themselves and their friends.
