Nobody is arguing they shouldn't have been deported.

the plaintiffs in the case are arguing they aren’t gang members and should have a a chance to prove that.

the whole AEA issue is because trump doesn’t want to give them a due process

because if this applies he has full discretion over how he handles aliens under the effect of the statute

he doesn’t have full discretion of whether this statute applies

Ha, you aren't spending all day fighting for the cause thinking he is going to let this work through the courts.

Go ahead and hold Rubio in contempt of court and just let Trump pardon him. Or, is the judge going to hold Trump in contempt of court?

So, this dickhead judge wants to know the exact time that the flights left because he thinks that he's going to hold a cabinet member, or the president in contempt of court? Imagine the ego of this douchebag.

Possibly. But the Proclamation made it clear that the gang was state sponsored.
Also clear - only those that are members of the state spobsored terrorist gangs are subject to the AEA, so your point abiut rounding up all Venezuelans was bullshite hyperbole.

It's not going to matter. Give the idiot the flight times. The flights are still going out.

have never seen this level of unified emotional reaction on this board...or at least since the same tactics were used to support the invasion of Iraq.

This is some crazy psychological experiment going on in real time and it's fascinating.

Literally nobody is doing that and it's a silly NPC meme.

People are arguing for things like judicial oversight and due process. Even pieces of shite in our system get those things.

The administration made the first priority "threats to national security, border security, and public safety." That includes gang members, convicted felons or charged with "aggravated felony" and anyone apprehended at the border trying to enter the country illegally.

There is no due process in a TRO.

Pull Boasberg security clearance than say we can't release the senitive information because you don't have the proper clearance to view it. That should get a rise out of him.

Is it your position that if Border Patrol catches someone in the act of climbing the wall or swimming the river illegally, they should be put in a detention facility and have a trial to determine if what they did was illegal and then deported instead of just hauling their arse to the border and watch them walk back across?

I'm sorry the Constitution is such a burden to your worldview and that small/limited government is upsetting.

Bingo

Trump could say "don't drink your dad's urine", and sure as shi^, SFP would be holding an empty Micky's Big Mouth Beer bottle for his dad while he pissed in order to slurp it down.

criminal illegal aliens dont have the constitutional rights of a citizen. Also, judicial overreach is the opposite of small government.

But they do. Not all of them, but a handful, including due process.

Trump is acting faster than the capacity of our judicial system. Maybe the judicial process needs to work faster. It is obvious activist judges nominated by Obama and Biden life's work now is to stall movement in Trump's second term. They want the status quo for some reason.
