Also, not turning over all documents, that he absolutely possessed illegally, all at once is by definition not cooperating.

If you injected Boosie with truth serum, his REAL.explanation would be, "I'm Team Hillary and Team Biden, and I despise Trump with a passion. Hence, my take on the matter."
Hillary Clinton obviously did everything but cooperate. But even if she had cooperated, the simple fact that she had possession of those documents was ILLEGAL because, UNLIKE TRUMP, she wasnt a President.
PS - An even bigger question with Hillary was, why did they bleach the server and "Paul Pelosi" their cellphones? I mean, obviously they were hiding a ton of illegal activity, in addition to information that would've been very incriminating.
