Do you vote early?

Am I paranoid that voting early just gives the other side an idea of how much they need to fudge?

Are you in a swing state?

Sure. I have a ballot mailed to me, I fill it out, and I drop it off. Usually I drop it off well before election day.

It depends on the line. Yesterday I went to check my box at the clerk and the line was insane. It takes less time on election day.
I'll check again tomorrow after court.

Voting early helps the Trump and auxiliary ground game teams focus on the voters who need to be contacted. Their databases update automatically based on the Secretary of State sites. If you vote early, you get taken off the list. Then they can do direct resources on the lower propensity voters and slapdicks who are too lazy/low energy to vote early.

Only on election for all elections.

I vote on Election Day. Always have.

Just did; took 10 minutes at the most.

I have found this to be true the last several cycles. I am usually in and out in ten minutes on election day. Just make sure not to try and go at 4:45.

No - in Texas. Concerned about Cruz v Allred, though.

I usually think of it like restaurant times. Huge rush for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but if you go in the gaps, nobody is there. I aim for 2-3pm

For that reason, I’d vote in person on Election Day for sure.
I moved to Utah and put a paper ballot in the lock box for the first time ever.
But there’s no threat of leftists winning here.

In your case the other side is the democrats. Whether they early vote or not. It’s called battered republican syndrome.

Went today in Calcasieu Parish (Lake Charles) and it only took 5 minutes (10 min total to park and walk in and out)... Maybe I got lucky?

Can't really vote early in Alabama, but I would if I lived in a state that has early voting. It allows the champaigns to focus on getting out low propensity voters instead of having to focus some of their time, money & attention on high propensity voters that haven't voted yet. That is why Republicans are pushing it so hard this cycle.

Yes. Just got back, actually. Did my part to make America a non-pinko commie nation.

In line now wrapped around the sheriff substation. It’s sad that during local elections, you can walk right in. I’ve kind of equated it to Christmas mass. People go because It makes them feel good, but, it’s not really doing anything for you.
I’m in Louisiana by the way.

I vote early to avoid long lines. I live in Athens and don’t want to stand around with libs any longer than I have to.
