Upvote if you think he should turn himself in and trust the legal process

Downvote if you think he shouldn't

I actually don’t know. I think it’d be hilarious if he held a press conference in FLA on Monday and just told NYC and NY that he’s pulling all his businesses out of the state and to pound sand. Come and get me, coppers!

However, I think he wants the spectacle and will allow them to put him in handcuffs. I think he believes that will gain sentiment but I think putting a former President in handcuffs weakens him on the World Stage.

I think President Trump should show up in an orange jumpsuit with a huge 45 printed on his back and the Presidential Seal on the front left. Also in leg irons and handcuffs.
Finally with dark shades on.
Own it.

( I am a Pres. Trump supporter)

If I was him, I'd show up and do what was right. Then, I'd wait on God to carry me out of jail on eagles' wings.

Do what was right?

Why is turning himself in for a show trial the "right thing to do"?

"The World" sees this for exactly what it is. This makes America look far worse than it does Trump.

Not doing so would be asinine.

And when they do, and tack on more charges, then what?

Not turning himself in will only delay the inevitable. Trump has always been a master of legal subterfuge and malingering though. Would be funny for him to put Meatball Ron in a bind w/r/t extraditing him.

Absolutely fight it. Unleash a team of lawyers and make a big deal out of this on nightly news. Force the Democrats to arrest a Presidential Candidate where the public and view their despicable actions.

My fear with him going to NY is that he may not be offered bail in which case he may never see the light of day again, like J6 protestors. The other fear is that he may get hurt/killed by some crazed leftist around the courthouse location. There is no reason they can't do a virtual hearing with cameras in both locations other than just the desire for humiliation.
