We are currently neck deep in both a word wide pandemic that due to governments word wide have stunted every economy in the world AND on the verge of a full blown race war and remaking of the very structure of American society and most Western societies as well.

Even though I've been living it every day since it all started, there are still times when I feel the need to take a step back and just try and grasp how incredibly insane all of this is.

Funniest thing to me is that I could have been convinced that a world wide pandemic was possible, and even all the shut down bullshite. Unlikely, but possible. I could have NEVER believed that we'd be where we are concerning race in America in 2020. NEVER.

I knew the country was in deep trouble when Comey let Hilldawg off the hook on national television.......think how much worse things have gotten since that day.

I feel the exact same way and you put it perfectly. It’s crazy that our population is so in the clouds right now. Like that meme where the dog is sitting there smiling like a dumbass while his house burns down around him

No, it didn't.

What it did expose is the lengths Democrats and their media minions will go to try to retain power.

The globalists want control.

We should never cede to their demands. Ever.

Give them an inch and this shite happens.

Add that our Fed Govt is essentially a crime syndicate.

Local Mayors and and state Governors are welcoming the barbarians who enter their cities to burn it down.

And the media abandon's all pretense of objectivity.

Crazy times indeed.

In 2016 an outsider won POTUS.
Everything that has happened since has been to change that outcome. Why? Money / Power.

It did.
It exposed the fact that a percentage of this country will believe anything they are told by people that they believe that they can trust, regardless of the evidence that they can collect by simply looking around. The great Toilet Paper Run of 2020 proves this.
That is a huge crack in our society of lemmings.
I cannot fathom the hysteria that this country would experience if we had a national emergency that genuinely would effect the lives, health and well-being of 40-50% of the population.

I feel like I've taken crazy pills when it comes to race relations. I'm 50, born in 1970. Born and raised in the deep south and I've NEVER EVER lived in the country being portrayed by black activists and whiny white leftists. I was born after the Civil Rights movement, so I went to integrated schools and honestly had no idea they'd BEEN segregated until years later when studying it. I had black classmates and teachers and school administrators. I idolized black athletes and entertainers. I saw black police officers.

Was there bigotry at times? Sure...but nothing remotely like what you're seeing suggested at this point. to hear it said, you'd like MLK was actually counter productive and we'd slipped back to the 1940's after the Civil Rights movement!

And this bothers me...because I have always felt grateful that I'm part of that first generation that really was expected to be color blind and to treat everyone equally. I've lived my life like that, and had different beliefs than the prejudiced ones my parents and grandparents had had. My sons have zero interest in race and the topic never comes up. It's so irrelevant to them I find it funny! And yet, my 18 year old straight white son is about to enter college tomorrow and I can only imagine the nonsense he's going to have to wade through as he's looked at as an "oppressor" in 2020.

It's like we went through the past 50 years for nothing...

I was thinking this also the other day. I sometimes wonder what kind of deal with the devil I made in the past or what kind of alternate universe I stumbled into where the world turned out this way.

I knew another pandemic was possible, but the way governments seized control the way they did, banned singing in churches for God's sake, and told me I could not eat out, drink at a bar, cancel the NCAA tournament, etc. are all things that I thought would never happen.

The race stuff is so overblown, and it is all due to the horrible biased reporting by all of the fake news outlets that are trying to start shite and controversy. Race relations are good outside of a few bad people and radicals.

What the NBA is doing, to me, is disgusting with the incessant political ads and support of one particular political party.

Yet we are the "new" bad guys.
Go figure.
