I would say it's additive. National polling shows that Americans are repudiating MAGA. But you're right, in TX in particular Paxton seems to be enough of a shite candidate to move the needle a bit more to where the seat is even in play. I think you're right that even an average candidate like Letlow probably doesn't let things get close in this race. Paxton is just that shite of a candidate.

Yes, but Biden was mass immigration on steroids. Probably 12+ million people in 4 years. Killed around 100k Americans because of it (spike in drug overdoses).
