Do Liberals in the US not want Peace in Korea due to their hate of Trump?

I just don't get this. I keep seeing various liberals on social media and on some cable news networks talk as if Korean peace is not a great thing and that Trump and US diplomats had nothing to do with it.
I could care less if someone loves or hates Donald Trump, but making the world safer for everyone seems like something that all Americans regardless of their political affiliation should get on board with.

I am in no sense a liberal, despite many on here insisting otherwise. That said, can you link something proving this claim? I’m willing to bet you can’t and you’re talking out of your arse.

There's a few on this very board if you've been paying attention. Someone posted an article last week of some West Coast professor claiming Trump had nothing to do with it.
It certainly isn't as widespread as some are claiming, but IMO the silence from the Left about it, especially in the MSM is just as telling.

It seems as if he is implying mainstream liberal journalists are claiming this, and that’s what I’m asking him to prove. Peace with North Korea is a huge deal, and it isn’t even about NK. If this happens, it proves Trump’s relationship with China is better than anyone suspected.

I've referenced the parable of the scorpion and the toad several times but the left is the epitome of the scorpion. They are enslaved to a destructive worldview. It's in their nature to destroy themselves (and everyone else) through the policies that align to their worldview.
