Medical and biological research is conducted everywhere. So what?
The Russian propaganda was that all biological research facilities are producing biological weapons.
Is Tulsi saying that all biological research facilities are producing biological weapons? It does not appear that she is making that assertion.

The point is that if its legal in the USA, do it here and employee Americans. They are doing it foreign countries to circumvent US law. Only logical explanation other than it's so dangerous should it get loose and then the question becomes, hhhmmm Wuhan?

The original Russian claims are old as frick and the talking points they proliferate over social media are not consistent, just FYI.
That's part of the plan to have NPCs create chaos running with the different forms of bullshite. It's just about creating conflict and discontent in the US. It just so happens that the population of people willing to debase themselves in that way has exploded since 2019.

Did you go to the link of the actual report? I don't think so.
The report is about Russian disinformation. The US was involved for reduction of BW (BioWarfare) labs from the Soviet Era.
