The WOW counties which are the heart of the GOPe in Wisconsin had a higher turnout rate by 8% over the rural counties. So the MAGA faction got Kelly the win in the primary and then stayed home.

The WOW counties went Dorow in the primary as well iirc. Pretty sure at least two of them did.
