Like the Constitution

quote:

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

spit balling, but when getting my passport it took an effort due to vetting . so if we could make gov vet everybody then illegal aliens would constantly be identified as frauds that would cripple their usefulness.

It would be a constitutional violation for a state to not recognize another state’s driver’s license, vehicle registration, marriage license, etc.

I have another version, a spin-off if you will, of this... if it was legal, which it is not.

However, my spin-off is this: Since CA has prohibited it's government (and employees) from doing business with TX and FL (I think there are a few others?). Among other retaliatory actions TX & FL should take is not recognize CA plates, registrations, and DLs.

Stop them for infractions any time you see a CA on TX/FL roadways.

It will significantly reduce the ability of them spreading their virus to red states.

Do you mean require Real ID to leave your state?
How about proof of citizenship to vote.

This is the USA we should not have restrictions on driving on the innocent populace.
