Exactly.

Right on, man.

This is a cognitive dissonance with the other components of your statement. I'll go full Biden, like I did in 2020, if Trump is the nominee.

Trump isn't celebrating. He is pointing out the empty suit Ron ran by the idiotic Bush's and Karl Rove.

Everyone thought Ron was a hero stopping what exactly?

Disney is in NO POSITION to spend $1 billion on anything right now. All of their parks are bleeding money.
Exactly!

Not so much the parks. Disney has ability to increase park capacity. They continue to lockdown admissions, but have increased charges to compensate.

But everything else at DIS is hemorrhaging cash.

DIS market cap is less than 50% of 2021 levels. It's closing in on 10-yr lows. They weren't constructing any $1B building anywhere!

Easy to do when your only purpose in life is to be an internet troll from your mom's basement. Those of us that are producers with families collectively tell you we hope you get AIDS.

Trump has gone on the record that he supports men with mental illnesses who dress as women being able to use women's restrooms.

These same mentally ill people can just walk into the women's room and start raping women. We saw that in Virginia back in 2021 and was a big reason why Youngkin won.

He absolutely is. He supports trannies using whatever bathroom they want and woke companies being able to trans the kids and mutilate children. He still owns $5 Million in Tranheuser-Busch stock. He's bought and paid for by them and was too much of a pussy to speak out against them.

They support whatever Trump says. He could come out tomorrow and say DeSantis caused 9/11 and they'd all believe it.

Short term vs. Long term

DeSantis is the first major politician in America (only?) to openly give voice to the reality that by prioritizing jobs and corporate expansion above all else, you're probably pushing your state to purple/blue. Partisan stuff aside, a family-centric state with conservative values will not remain that way if you're not selective.

I'm happy about this. That would have been 2000 more liberals in Orlando transferred from California.

We have enough already.

FAILING RON DESANCTUS COST FLORIDA 2,000 JOBS FROM ONE OF OUR GREAT CORPORATIONS DISNEY. EVERYONE KNOWS FLORIDA WAS DOING GREAT BEFORE "ROB" GOT THERE. EVEN LOW ENERGY JEB DID A BETTER JOB IN FLORIDA THAN ROB DESANCTUS WHO WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GOVERNOR WITHOUT MY ENDORSEMENT. SAD!

I like Desantis the governor but Desantis has already done this. Go look at his political record before being FL gov. he was warmongering neocon globalist. Thank heavens he changed what he stood for and came to his senses. But if that globalist crap is what he previously stood for, it is entirely possible he will again.

I have several contacts at Disney. Nobody was willing to relocate. It’s easy to cancel plans when the people you thought would go collectively said frick you….

But it does allow them to pretend like the project was still happening… I guess?

id like to see local autonomy on culture.

before you legislate for millions start your Stepford-Mennonite town. no pool halls. tv all controlled.
no devil games ads during super bowl. a personal issue.
