Well the NYT claims to know but for some unknown reason have declined to include it in their reporting.
That doesn’t make you skeptical?
If the names of those other individuals changes the context of Trump’s purported statement, then it sink its purported value to the House managers.

In my opinion, Trump didn’t do anything wrong. Call these “witnesses” :eyeroll: and put these Dims in there place.
I really do believe if Bolton testifies it’s going to be like Pantangelli in The Godfather (minus the coercion). Bolton has his book deal and financial security. He will show up to Congress and drop a turd in the Democrats lap.

Tough shite. Dems delivered their case to the Senate. They are owed nothing.
And even if Bolton testified to this, Trump still gets acquitted, because no matter how hard your buddies beat this dead horse, presidential candidates are not immune from investigation. If they were, Obama would be fricked.

Hank, we could ask Bolton anything and everything, and should that not bear the fruit Dems are seeking.....no doubt in my mind they will simply move on to a new "Bolton". Sure, we could say cross that bridge when we get to it, but at wherever the line is finally drawn, be it with Bolton or the next one or the next one, there the Dems will be, crying obstruction and cover up.

Uncanny timing. This gives Romney a reason to call for more witnesses with the other assholes joining him. It also fits right in with Burr, who said the trial would last 6-8 weeks months ago,. (Burr NC-retiring & Warner are covered up by Wray --so far-- as being a part of the original dossier)
This is sadly playing out just like I suspected...
It will come out when it is far too late that Bolton maybe didn't say it quite this way in his book, we will be into month 2 of the impeachment trial by then.
They won't stop, ever. They think holding Trump up in trial with waiting for courts replies and bashing Pence and Barr will make their crimes all go away, and gain them some seats too boot. If some freak thing happens and Pence is called for to resign because of his involvement-- they could have President Pelosi.
At the very least they gain some seats because of pissed off people with the GOPe; just as Gowdy already somehow already knew.
