1 - What the hell is a "protected class"? Doesn't that concept fly in the face of the left's yammer about equal rights?

I have never seen anything about protected classes in the constitution.

Sotomayor and Jackson both "diversity hires". The SCOTUS is the last place we need positions filled by race/sex rather than merit. It is sad that Democrats are so blinded by desire for power. If they win in '24 things will come unraveled faster and faster probably bringing us to a revolution.

Anyone but a white Christian man. you know...the founders of this nation are the highest on the totem pole now.
there have been some wonderful call outs by justices of other justices this week. good to see. Sadly Gorsuch turned on the tranny things so why we are seeing such an onslaught. Really hope this protected class deal gets thrown out one day, and maybe a revamping to of the CR Bill too as that has out lived its current usefulness as it is. We are either improving or we are not.

The left wants it written into law that they, and only they, get to decide what should be allowed and what shouldn't.
