Did this prosecutor in the Rittenhouse trial want to prosecute this case?

Or was he pressured to do so??

Because it’s apparent he doesn’t have a case to make. He has had to lead on one of his own witnesses and was cut off from commenting on his response. And his own questioning is making some of the defense’s points. I mean he is playing and replaying the first Darwin Award winner chasing Rittenhouse. And his own witness has told the court that he was going for his gun. And also confirming he was not aggressive toward anyone.

Did this guy just stomp his foot to prosecute or did he get pressured to? He had to have been pressured to…. Right?

Well he may as well be elk hunting in the middle of the desert. He isn’t getting anything but criticism after this.

Listen to his questioning. He’s trying to walk a very thin line between self defense and endangering the public. That’s why he kept asking the witness if he felt that he was danger due to Kyle’s actions at any point that night. He seems to be trying to say the threat to Kyle ended when Rosenbum missed the gun. Once he missed, there was no danger, therefore Kyle murdered him thereby endangering the public at large.

I haven’t paid any attention to this case until the last couple days but how is this even making it this far? That drone footage was damning to the prosecution. I guess the judge doesn’t want to be the one who dismisses it?

he is the useful idiot they handed the turd to. they were supposed to get an activist judge who was on board with railroading him and not allowing any sort of defense like they did with other cases.

now his career will quietly end and he will end up being a law clerk in dumbfrickistan for the rest of his life after going down in flames

I came to this conclusion yesterday after watching some of the trial.

The prosecutor know Rittenhouse was not the aggressor and was acting in self defense. This trial is being done by the DA for two purposes.

1. They are diffusing more violence and riots that would come if they did not press charges.

2. They are using the trial to show that Rittenhouse was acting in self defense.

The prosecution is essentially complimenting the defense arguments. They are letting this play out.

I think he's either stupid or he's deliberately trying to not prosecute Kyle.
Watched some highlights from yesterday, and multiple questions were not only odd but if anything, make Kyle's case stronger.

Exactly.

Not sure BLM will pick this up. He didn’t shoot any black people. You think BLM cares about white liberals?

Another example of the left not understanding their base. Blacks don't care about a white boy shooting a bunch of white people.

This is spot on. They are using the trial to demonstrate how this played out. It's very clear in listening to both the prosecution and the defense that this was self defense. It's shitty that this kid has spent time in jail because of it, but, I actually understand why they are doing this the way they are doing it.

this may be true in this instance

If Rittenhouse gets off they probably know they're dealing with angry ANTIFA methheads and NBC hosts, not thousands of black protestors/rioters. They probably see that as a decent outcome with relatively low risk ("we tried, but the evidence didn't get us there.")

Contrast that with the Rolfe situation in Atlanta, where nobody wants that case but they're (rightfully) concerned about wider unrest if the drop it.

It's kind of amusing because you're dealing with the same instigators in both, but I just don't think the white radicals would have as much success getting the unrest going over the killings of two white lefty shitbags. Easier to get it going over the justified shooting of a guy who fought the cops. Weird world.

Unfortunately, in our society, there is no cost to a prosecutor who wants to send a message by breaking someone financially.

If they press charges on Gage, then I agree. Hard to see this is the play if they don’t pursue him. They need to shut that vigilante shite down. He almost executed an iinnocent man.

BLM exec’s are busy buying multi-million dollar homes & Cadillacs, they’ve disappeared like farts in the wind. Do you really believe there hasn’t been any black perp vs. police interactions since Mr. Peanut has been placed on the throne? No, they’ve just been censored by the MSM, just like this trial. More American sheep are getting stories from Yahoo about Alec Baldwin on their media feeds, when this should be story #1, particularly re: the corrupt FBI.
