If scotus did that to Trump we'd hear about it for weeks. Dont recall them bringing it up at all because Obama was their boy.

Can any of the Lib Trash around here point out the part of the Constitution that confirms which SC seats belong to which political party? That way we can determine if the seat was stolen or not...

So the GOP is full of tyrants for playing by the rules set forth by the Constitution but the Dems aren't tyrannical when they try every play in the book to undermine the Constitution? Weird perspective.
They only throw out the word "constitution" when it benefits them. The next day they go out and take a giant shite on it with every other position they hold.

Why is nobody bringing up the fact that Senator Obama voted "Yea" for Kavanaugh for his district judgeship?

Simply put, Republicans stole a SCOTUS seat.
Yes - yes they did = That is a legitimate way for the opposition to look at it. But all they really did was not just act like a sap for the opposition.
To quote someone you may have heard of = "Elections have consequences."
The DEMs have done far far far worse than that in manipulating the rules when they had the power to do so. The passage of the ACA was a never ending sequence of bending rules to their advantage to put into a law a program that the country was adamantly against - knowing it was based on nothing but lies and wishful thinking. They originated ACA in the senate, when any law requiring taxes must originate in the house, by gutting some unrelated House bill and replacing everything but the title via an "amendment."
There are thousands of examples of DEMOCRAT chicanery where they "stole" something from the GOP simply because they had the political power to do so at the time. The latest being the Senate seat in Alabama. Prior to that they stole the Senate seat in Alaska. They have rushed up Senate votes to pass a bill before the incoming GOP Senator could vote against it. The list is endless.

"Even if Kavanaugh was to the left of Bernie Sanders, I'd still oppose him.
That is a lie = pure bullshite and you know it. If you had an activist judge who would decide on constitutional issues based on the desires of the radical left wing mob, you would accept it regardless of how it happened..... For example, are you +OK with the DEM plan to flood the SCOTUS with 8 new radical left justices if they ever regain the power to do so??

That Republicans are now on the verge of shifting power in our judicial branch is tyrannical. This is a constitutional crisis.
bullshite hyperbole

batshit crazy über hyperbole.

shouldn't be naming *anyone* to a lifetime judicial appointment. Especially not someone who could be the deciding vote on whether or not he can be charged with a crime."
Know as a stalking horse, but this is more like a lame jackass.
unhinged comes to mind.

Advice and consent of the Senate.
They didn't consent.

All I know was the Dems murdered Scalia thinking Hillary would get a quick pick instead she got the pick up her arse by the American people tired of all the lying corrupt BS of the Obama years......
Shep how about staying on Fox News with your leftist BS and leave TD alone.....

Probably not much. Fortunately, Obama had little to no gumption and was assured that Hillary would win.
I can’t believe this isn’t mentioned more often. Garland was never meant to sit on the SC and Obama knew it. He appointed him knowing the republicans wouldn’t confirm him so that they could run on the obstructionist senate. They were all happy to NOT have him confirmed because they believed that once Hillary was inaugurated she would appoint a much more liberal justice. That was the plan. It wasn’t until trump won that all their strategies were turned onto their heads.
And to answer the original question they did not steal the seat. If the senate had taken a vote he would have likely been defeated as is their right.

What turtle McConnell did with the Garland nominee is unprecedented. Refusing to even hold a vote while the president still had a year left before leaving office.
Cry me a river bitch.
