He handed him a booming stock market, relative peace in the Middle East, a vaccine already being distributed at 90% of the stated goal by Biden...all that just 9 short months after the largest health crisis in 100 years.

This was done while the entire media, half the population, all Dem Governors and the House were trying to block him at every turn.

Trump's Presidency in Seven Metrics

Trump 2016 campaign promises:

- He would push for congressional term limits -- FAIL
- That Mexico would pay for the wall -- FAIL
- He would release his tax returns -- FAIL
- He would repeal and replace Obamacare -- FAIL
- He would lower the federal debt -- FAIL

Not to mention he revoked his rule preventing WH staff from becoming lobbyists.

Positives:
1. Pulled out of Syria (unfortunately left Kurds)
2. Supreme Court nominees
3. Squashing ISIS

Ultimately, I'll say he left Biden with a worse America mainly due to the divisiveness he fomented.

Better and it would have been a lot better if the china virus hadn't been released.

Certainly better. But for the China virus, (which in no way is Trump's fault) we'd be far better off than we are today.

Okay, with hindsight, what could have been done better?
FTR, vaccines were a priority for Trump’s administration. Trump does not have dictator like control of states and must differ to the governors.

worse, but thats more because of the 4 years of hatred spewed by the media.

If they just reported accurately we wouldnt be in this mess.

Oh and the whole global pandemic thing that is china's fault.

Id say without that, trump would still be president and the unemployment would be just fine.

Syrian Kurds aren’t our allies and we had no business there. Even Iraqi Kurds protested sending their own Kurdish fighters to help in Kobane.

We got much of the wall built and tax cuts were nice. Criminal justice reform, trade deals with Canada and Mexico, deal with China wasn’t great but better. Biggest is what you mentioned about 3 SCOTUSs, I didn’t think he’d get more than 1 at first

I think better no question. If it wasn’t for the China virus we would have been in great shape but he pretty much got the economy back to where it was during Obama

America is doing fantastic in 2021? I can think of a lot of adjectives to describe the country, but fantastic is one I wouldn’t use. And how has the dems been in “full control” since Covid started? I really can’t tell if this is sarcasm or not.

I already said it wasn’t preventable, but I think his lies regarding the pandemic caused people to not take it as serious. Many people actually believed him when he suggested it was a “hoax” and it’ll “disappear like a miracle”.

About the same, but with more debt.

Had it not been for the Wuhan Virus, he likely would have won since the economy would be churning along.

The media twisted the hoax thing. he never called the virus a hoax and here you are still believing that. So thats not trumps fault you are a fricking moron.

And here we are today with democrat leaders saying we must open businesses and schools. Parading around dc and having fricking rock concerts in celebration. and the WHO straight up saying oh welp most of these were false positives. So he was rt again, poof, covid is gone.

Oh and he got a vaccine in 9 months when the media and all democrats called him a fricking liar.

Can you elaborate? In your analogy, I’m assuming you’re comparing America right now to being a “crisp Saturday morning”. With everything going on, how is that accurate?

Let’s see- Rampant pandemic, rioting in the streets, mob overtaking the capital, 400000 dead, 100000 small businesses gone, millions infected, climate in disarray, building walls not bridges, caging children, and , uh , something else..... oh yeah - being the Q messiah. Oh yeah much better off.
