I know exactly how the N. Hamp primary works. Its NEVER head to head. So with the poll lead Trump picks up 13 of the 22 delegates. Polls have Ron at 15%. In the last contested primary 15% got you 4 delegates. That was Kasich, btw. And look how those 4 delegates vaunted him into the lead
