No I'm equating the power of the courts in each case to act in the way I quoted. I quoted specific text for a reason (that did not require a comparison of the merits of each case)

Are you really f*cking comparing Trump running the Executive branch of the government as the elected president with Biden forcing people to get an experimental poison injected into their body that could have long-term health effects up to an including death?
The comparison is the judicial powers, not the underlying merits.

I really look at these lawsuits from a Trump perspective as, "oh no, don't throw me into the brier patch."

Hey it's very important these days to get to the heart of what jj "really meant" on a post 4 years ago.

Yeah that's one of the more dumb posts in the history of this board.
I just had an all timer a day or 2 ago.

Did you say the same thing when Biden's vax mandate was enjoined?
You referenced that vax situation in a hundred threads, but it really has nothing to do with this situation. This is the executive branch firing an executive employee.
And then the judge adds that none of the employees, access, job title, etc, can be taken away. So this goes beyond even employment law, but into actual daily operations of an executive department.
This is a BLATANT violation of the separation of powers. Egregious to the point of disqualifying.

I guess he is. The democrats do not want a thorough accounting of how many is being spent. They want it hidden from view. They are using ideological judges who were put in place for exactly this reason. Vax comparison, my a"ss.

I never knew that vaccinating people was an article II power.

The power of the courts is the issue.
JJ made a comment that implied the courts having this power was a bad thing, so I asked if he had the same comments when his team used the power.
The comparative merits are irrelevant to the question.

Trump will win every single one of them.
Not saying it will be successful but you misunderstand the purpose of these obviously baseless law suits.

How is the the government legally allowed to impose a vax ( not a vax and was done without the major trial testing which is outside all guidelines) but not legally required to enforce say the invasions of our borders on the scale in was allowing to happen? How are the layoffs or terminations if employees not allowed? Since when doesn’t a president have the power which was given to him by the people allowed to enforce the laws of the country?

Someone asked earlier if there was any sort of expedited appeal to the Supreme Court. The answer is yes. However, it has to go before the Circuit Justice in charge of that circuit.
Looking at that list, the only Circuit Justice in charge of one of those circuits that is not a far left f*cking whackjob (or known Never-Trumper) is Gorsuch who is the Circuit Justice for the Circuit containing New Mexico.
Justice Affirmative Action Jackson is in charge of the (First) circuit containing Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
John “The Scumbag F*cking Traitor“ Roberts is in charge of the D.C. circuit and the (Fourth) circuit containing Maryland. We know he would never accept an expedited appeal for anything having to do with Trump as he is a known Never-Trumper.
The Ignorant Latina Sotamayor is assigned to the (Second) circuit containing New York.
So, they not only forum shopped for judges, they also forum shopped for the circuit to which the Trump administration could get an expedited appeal. I suspect the only reason they chose New Mexico (where Gorsuch could grant the expedited appeal) was due to the fact that the Venezuela criminals were being housed there and they didn’t really have a choice.
The whole point of this round of Lawfare is to delay, delay, delay Trump from taking any actions that could interrupt the Democrat graft and corruption. The Democrats are going to need all the corrupt, laundered, and dirty taxpayer-provided money they can illegally obtain for the 2026 midterms.

The difference is "irreparable harm." Breach of contract or wrongful firing can be remedied through ordinary proceedings. Being coerced to take an experimental jab with unknown effects or even ingredients cannot.

It's not irrelevant at all. It's crucial to the question.
Trump has made some EO's that are likely overreaching and those are being challenged by the courts and I don't see any, or many, people complaining too much on that because that is the purpose. Maybe he wins, maybe he loses.
But when a federal judge orders the stoppage of the firing of a single executive branch employee BY THE EXECUTIVE, and then takes the egregious step of interjecting in the operations of the department by dictating that the employee's job title and responsibilities cannot be altered, that is outrageous.

Explain it to me like I just started following BAP yesterday.
2 of the 7 are Jews?
Is that what the red lines of rage are supposed to signal?
What does it mean if 5 of the 7 were NOT Jews?

Lamberth is an old English name. It’s not Jewish.
He’s an 81 year old Republican that has been on the bench way too long.
