This is simply mind boggling. Some can be explained as poor candidates dragging baggage along. But not all.

the GOP lost Texas

GOP didnt have to listen to Trump. They could've thrown him out after J6, couldve nominated somebody else in 2024, didnt have to vote in Paxton over Corryn

They were too afraid of being primaried. Trump even this year with the unpopularity nationally still controlled which canidates he'd run.

Paxton in my opinion was a crap candidate, but I wonder how much of this tonight is the influx of people moving from California

They deserve what they get for not voting.

Yeah. So many liberals are leaving their states and flooding Texas and other southern states. If Texas, Georgia, and possibly North Carolina are gone? Republicans are fricked.

As with everyone else… they’ll get what they voted for. There aren’t any other excuses to be made. This is the will of the people. If they don’t like it they can get off their asses and vote differently next time.

Hubris.

Abbott licked the Trump boot, completely ignored the voters, and agreed to the mid-decade gerrymandering scheme handed to him by the White House.

Pissed off a lot of Texans.

Backfired spectacularly.

It doesn't make sense. Especially 2 years post Biden. The 2 major issues being Epstein and Iran: Epstein has no effect on your life and we paid as much or more for gas under Biden for a longer time we have with the Iran conflict.

Now compare that to all the bullshite Biden did that made you run to the R's.

Food lines are not as far away as you think. Socialism is within a decade. Mark my words. The debt run by this government makes economic hardship irreversible. So everyone will turn to the shite that has destroyed one strong country after another. As the grandson of a man who died on Omaha beach I have about given up on this country. States that were reliable not to be whores just quit and bent over.

The people of Texas lost Texas, not Trump. They're the ones pulling the trigger on the vote. At the end of the day, you got to take responsibility for your actions and if you voted Democrat because of Iran and gas prices, you're a fricking fool.

It makes perfect sense.

How many Texans own a diesel truck and what is the average cost of diesel at the pump right now? A follow up question: why is the cost of diesel so high right now?

You answer those questions and I can guarantee you the picture will become clear.
