Trump is playing 4D chess and they are playing checkers. He went so extremely aggressive against policies that the democrats are destroying their own party fighting against his policies. No. That's specifically not what the language in the lawsuit says.
As much as I dislike seeing posts that mockingly invoke your presence and your expected objections to whatever the topic is, you do draw it on yourself.
Of course, the suit filed by the Dems isn't going to explicity say the Dems are suing Trump to stop his EO that bans non-citizens from voting. Naturally, they're going to challenge his authority to enact an EO that encroaches on how states run elections when the lax rules of certain states advantage them, as well as challenging Trump's authority to marshal resources into ways that will disadvantage them.
The end result of the lawsuit, though, is to get rid of the EO that would clean up voter rolls, prosecute fraud... and implicitly and explicity make it harder for millions of recent illegal immigrants to vote, among other things.
The tweet in the OP is fine. It's addressing an aspect of the EO that the Dems are seeking to undermine. It isn't intended to be a thorough academic paper dryly covering every aspect of the EO, Democrat positions and the legitimate lines of demarcation between federal and state authority.
You're just resorting to your typical sophistry and trying to hide behind a technicality. You're not stupid, but this is the sort of bullshite you constantly push... smugly patting yourself on the back as if you just did something meaningful and showed some poor, unwashed MAGA poster a masterful display of logic.
I don't doubt you have success as an attorney but you're just a sophist hiding behind technicalities and flaws in arguments. You show little interest in truth and justice. Socrates and Plato would have hated you.

So why don't you, for once, come right out and say what you believe: should illegal, non-citizens be allowed to vote in the US? You know, the ones' that don't pay taxes and such.
