Republicans don't have the nuts to do this to Democrats. That's why Democrats will win in the end. They're willing to do what Republicans are not.

You can start with all of the no-bills for people that Trump wanted prosecuted by his DOJ. Comey, James, etc.

And they will be successful. And we can get the most obvious guilty people arrested.

So, Letitia did not commit mortgage fraud?

Comey didn't make false statements?

They are both innocent?

There was never a true bill. Trump’s DOJ couldn’t even make it over that small hurdle.

The path to recovery may be long but this could be a good starting point for you.

Manifest evil incarnate

Is there anyone here who can articulate ANY democrat proposal that is actually good for American??

All they got is hatred for Trump and anyone who doesn’t hate him.

I have never seen such a sad group so morally vacant and politically malign as the current democrat leadership gang.

What exactly is Bovino's alleged crime? And why is a sitting governor of a US state making such threats?

They both had cases filed against them and both cases were dismissed. Not really a lot you can do when there is either A. an activist judge or B. the district is full of Trump haters that will not indict someone that is on their side no matter what crime they have committed.

Hard to be mad at anyone but Trump. He hires these folks.

Trump has to hire who the Senate will confirm. His first choice for AG was obstructed by Republicans along with Dems. Bondi was qualified and confirmable. So, it's not entirely on Trump... No matter how much you TDS nerds like to claim everything is. He's doing his best to operate within some significant restraints, most importantly GOPe obstructionists within his own party that control the Senate.

Seems rather tame compared to the weaponization of Trump’s DOJ, which you appear to fully support.

Any libtard Biden/Kamala voter crying about weaponization of Trump's DOJ... after what we saw under the Biden Administration's DOJ (and FBI) for four years, is...

fricking hilarious.

The way you change things if you do not like the way the current administration is handling things is to vote in a different one - Pam Bondi, Greg Bovino, Kristi Noem, etc. can all suck at their jobs, but the way you fix that is to lobby the American voters with ideas on how to change the situation, vote in a new administration, and simply move in a new direction. However, the business of political retribution because the other side won an election is anti-American - plain and simple. And if you don't like the fact that Trump administration is conducting political retribution, then make sure that neither Vance or any of Trump's people succeed him and move on.

quote:

Federal judge Cameron Currie dismissed the criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James on November 24, 2025, because the prosecutor handling them, Lindseay Halligan, was ruled to be unlawfully appointed. The judge found that Halligan’s appointment violated the Constitution’s appointments clause, rendering the indictments she signed invalid.

Key Reasons for Dismissal: Unlawful Appointment: Judge Currie determined that the Trump administration violated federal vacancy laws when installing Halligan as an interim U.S. attorney.

Invalid Indictments: Because Halligan was improperly appointed, all actions taken by her—specifically signing the indictments and presenting to the grand jury—were considered an illegal exercise of executive power.

Defective Process: Reports indicated that Halligan, who had no prior experience as a criminal prosecutor, was installed after her predecessor refused to bring charges due to insufficient evidence.

The cases were dismissed without prejudice, meaning the Justice Department could technically attempt to recharge them, although the initial indictments were declared legally invalid.
