I'd almost argue 18 years shouldn't be voting, except there's a lot of them that serve our country in the military and they earned that right. But 16? This is absolutely nuts.

They would have to use the nuclear option by getting ride of the filibuster in the Senate and changing the rules to a simple majority.

We should all be rejoicing!! All American citizens should be able to vote free from voter suppression and oppression. My SEC brothers join me in giving thanks to the new administration! The republicans started this cheating crap with voter suppression and gerrymandering the voting districts to favor conservatives. Its funny how most of you don't even see your own parties BS! If you had decent fair policy you wouldn't have to cheat and you could win off of policies and values. You've felt entitled and have been cheating and schit for so long you don't even see it anymore. Hillary Clinton herself stated before the Nov elections that the Democrats must proceed on the agenda immediately and with all possible speed, because it's critically important to implement the program well before the next election cycle in two years.
I fully expect that we will see a very aggressive Democrat effort to implement these laws, statutes, EOs, policies and federal regulations within the next 20 months.
It will be interesting to compare how quickly a committed Left Wing US Govt can act as opposed to a Republican-controlled US Govt.
My prediction is that this comparison will reveal the truth, which is this: Leftist Domination was always in the cards, and it's plain to see once one realizes that the intervals of GOP control of the US Govt were simply a less-accelerated march to the Left - never quite a true "pause".
It will be even more apparent that once a TRUE OUTSIDER occupied the Oval Office, both Dems and Repubs joined hands to stall, stymie and defeat the Outsider and the implementation of his agenda, which threatened to upset the Trillion Dollar Gravy Train of Internationalist Globalist Socialism.
