The 3rd World diseases lowers the numbers for the census as they kill themselves off through their nonsense, which also lowers the voter turnout of the DiseasedProgFilth supporting Socialism/Communism. Hell, if nothing else the chance of catching a deadly disease by going to the crowded public polls should deter many.

Truth. That's why Joe Lieberman was practically run out of the party almost a decade ago, and why people like Alan Dershowitz and Doug Schoen no longer feel comfortable with the current Democrat Party.
