I am wondering if Barr was just keeping that under wraps as his "opinion" because there is no more obvious Brady violation example. Hopefully they are going after Van Grack and just don't want to show their cards yet.

I have a feeling that more "newly discovered" evidence and details will come out from the Government that further exonerate Flynn prior to the Ct of Appeals En Banc proceeding.

I didn’t see that part, but its hard to imagine how Flynn and Van Grack are not mutually exclusive at this point regarding the culpability, either criminally or ethically, of one of them.

I am not a fan of the Flynn prosecution, but can someone please explain how he did not lie? I think they entrapped him yes, but did he or did he not lie? If he did not, how could they threaten to go after his son? If he did not lie, why would he allow himself to be threatened? Genuinely curious here. I have heard so many different things
that at this point, I don't know what to think. And of course, I find it revolting that only pro Trump people seem to face consequences for lying.

This case, more than any other, infuriates me. It exposes the lie that Democrats care about criminal justice reform. They are willing to support every dirty trick being used if you engage in wrongthink. The same tactics the BLM and Antifa crowd cry about regarding law enforcement and mass incarceration are the same tactics being cheered on by the Twitter mobs.

No surprise, this will end up in the Supreme Court. Sullivan will rule against Flynn and end up moving ahead with a sentence based upon Flynn’s guilty plea. Trump will have to pardon him if he wants to get him out of this before the election otherwise he will have to go to the Supreme Court.
