Dallas is a liberal city. That's why so many are moving to the Dallas area.

One wrong look? Complaints launched against straight white Christian men don't even need one wrong look to serve as a catalyst - skin color alone is enough.

Because that is the dumbest fricking thing I have heard in a while.
Well, if it relates to Gov. Abbott, this makes sense.

turn this against them and make them live by their own rules

The document claims that "refusing to respect an employee’s gender identity by intentionally referring to an employee by a name or by pronouns that do not correspond to the employee’s gender identity" is a form of discrimination and harassment.
If a private employer or government employer in Texas wants to limit potential liability for discrimination, this is the approach they would take. I don't think Texas v. EEOC (guidance on gender identity) is final yet.

The ONLY answer to all of this is, "No."
Frankly, the only way out is to just refer to everyone by their full names, every time. It will be exhausting, but much safer than any other course of action.

This is a slippery slope. Nothing stopping me from saying I must be addresses as Master Michael. So would they require that black co workers address me as Master?
I know that sounds stupid but it opens up all kinds of possibilities.

I'm gonna create a nearly unpronounceable pronoun and anytime some libtard doesn't pronounce it the way I prefer, I'm going straight to HR.

No its not. The EEOC guidance is clear. It's based on a particular protected class and related to the particular issues that transgender people would obviously have. (Email addresses/work badges).
It's a pain in the arse but the only people who have an issue with it in practice have their own little issues, whatever they are.

Here's the way it works in real life. Employee goes through gender affirming whatever they do and has a name change. Supervisors take too long to change email address/badges and employee bitches about it. It goes to HR and legal and HR and legal tell them to just change it already. So they change it.
Issue would be over, but people in work group who have nothing better to do than bitch and moan complain about the "weird person" who go their name changed and is using the wrong restroom.
HR and Legal tells them to shut the frick up and do their job and quit worrying about other employees.
Next issue.
