--Former head medical director Dr. David Fowler's testimony that Derek Chauvin did not kill George Floyd raised suspicion in the medical world
--Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said his office is in talks with the governor to review all in-custody death reports during Fowler's 17-year tenure
--The review comes a day after he received a letter from a former medical examiner in Washington DC raising concerns about Fowler's testimony
--Fowler told The Baltimore Sun that he was not aware of any review but defended his office's work

Fowler was called to the stand by Chauvin's defense team and testified that Floyd died of a sudden heart rhythm problem due to his heart disease.

So politicians that aren’t licensed physicians or medical experts will be reviewing the work of this board certified doctor?

Makes sense.

Who do you think is doing the Death Certificate Matching on COVID? There death records/certificates that do not mention COVID as issued by doctors and/or MEs that are being changed by "health care officials" based on politically driven criteria.

when people have no right to defense for fear of retribution that the defense will be cancelled and blackballed...

and lawyers are called off from the Trump election fraud fight in PA; and threatened with being blackballed and losing their livelihood...

we have reached max capacity of marxism and one party rule with the military guarding them.

also, we the people have no right to protest and petition our govt any more; as we would be labeled domestic terrorists...

we have no remedy or recourse when the FBI, DOD, DOJ are team uniparty democrat swamp.

Witness Tampering...going forward. Rotten to the core; and we ALL wake some dreary morning neck deep in blood (so to speak), those that chose to break the rules can reflect back on whether it was worth it.

BE HONEST...or pay. That's all.

this is like targeting someone and their profession because he failed to give the narrative all the way from the White House.

very dangerous times...

common theme is dems are above the law and they create racial divide.

That should be left up to the state's medical licensure board.

Are you saying this doctor made claims without evidence to support it?

It seems they didn't take issue with his offices conclusion on Gray.

quote:

One of Fowler´s office´s best known rulings came in the death of Freddie Gray, who they determined died from injuries suffered in the back of a police van. The autopsy concluded that officers´ failure to take care of him and seek medical attention made his death a homicide, and prompted State´s Attorney Marilyn Mosby to swiftly file charges against six officers. All were either acquitted or had their charges dropped.

He was already in trouble as he delayed his autopsy in the Anton Black case until the governor ordered it released. In that case an 18 year old with zero drugs in his system died after being held down by 3 officers for 6 minutes. Fowler said that the kid had a heart attack and ruled it accidental.

You can guess why the defense team reached out to him.

But ruled Freddie Gray a homicide.

This is the problem, people pick an outcome they don't like and try to make that the only reality.

So, are we off the “we believe in science” bandwagon again? They switch so much.
