I'd have expected something with a good bit more wit and creativity from James Woods.
ETA: I'm going to give this the same skeptical eye I give when the other side does it...
1) I kinda doubt an employee would do that unless he really, fully accepted a high likelihood of getting fired from a decently paying job
2) however, the deranged Left IS truly, uncurably, divisive, hateful, and, well, deranged
3) if it happened to me and they said "we can't know who did it" I'd be jumping on desks and running through service bays until the cops removed me
All in all, with limited knowledge of all facts, I'd say 57% chance it happened as described.

They know who did it absolutely. They would absolutely be replacing all the seats in my truck with a lifetime warranty for any future seat work that I might need.

Oh there is a simple way for the manager to handle this. You call everyone in and you give them an ultimatum. Either someone fesses up to it or every last one of you is fired. Give them 30 seconds to make their decision. The guilty party will either protest loudly or someone will rat him out. Money or lack there of is an enormous motivator

If the dealership is like the few I am acquainted with, the suspect pool of Trump haters would be small to begin with. (Didn’t even look to see where this is located )
