Cuomo talking the truth

Just said why not bailout Blue states like New York when red states like Kentucky are bailed out annually by New York tax payers LOL. Finally, someone with the cajones to point out the incredible refusal of the right to admit most red states take from federal coffers while most Bluestates fill those coffers. No one in a red state that receives more money from Washington than the state sends to Washington has any business talking about being a producer...they are welfare recipients, pure and simple, the same thing as a teen living in Mama and Daddy's house, not paying rent and complaining about the internet speed!

Louisiana always gets thrown into the taker category because all O&G taxes form the Gulf go though Louisiana go to all states. Louisiana is screwed by this. Otherwise Louisiana would be a producer state.

Didn't NY get the benefit of the most recent bailout- TARP? Where's Wall Street again? Maybe NY/NJ didn't directly get a check but they received benefits from that bailout.

I'd bet you could get taxpayers in Mass and Cali to agree to that same deal. I would also wager you couldn't get a single solitary tax base in a red state to agree to pay their share and would continue to insist that blue states tote the bill.....

The Red voters in the Red States are toting the bill and producing.
The blue voters in the red states are taking. It just so happens the red states have large numbers of takers.

Tearing red states off the government teat would be a great thing for most blue states....unfortunately we (blue states) need red states and red states need blue states....someone has to keep the toilets flushing (red states) and someone has to develop technology and pay the bills (blue states)….but it would be nice for welfare recipients like military contractors and USDA welfare queens to own up to their dependence on producers in blue states which finance the entirety of the US Federal Government....Georgia and Texas are the only 2 red states that aren't beneficiaries of the largesse coming to Washington from blue states.
