I was there post covid. They have two currencies. The Peso and the Dollar. The Peso is literally worthless that when you exchange it back they throw it away. The dollar matches ours. At least it did then. Havana is so shitty that I wouldn’t even take a free trip. People like Hasan who push this fake magical narrative is a joke. They brag about their pharmacies, they don’t have anything stocked. Couldn’t even find an inhaler
