Just like when Bill and Hillary went on 60 Minutes after one of his Bimbo Eruptions as Clinton's staff referred to them.
That's when Hillary said, "Look, I'm not Tammy Wynette here just standing by my man. These allegations are false and my husband didn't do what he's being accused of."
Of course, it came out later he DID do what he was accused of but Hillary never seemed to retract her statement. (But she did later call Tammy Wynette and apologize for appearing to belittle Wynette's song.)
