P.S.- no one in California would prosecute these doxxers.

That's not necessarily true. This is in Orange County, California, one of the most conservative places in the whole country.

It may not be protected by the 1st Amendment

quote:

However, it doesn't protect individuals from restrictions imposed by private entities, nor does it protect certain types of speech that are considered harmful or dangerous. These unprotected categories include incitement, true threats, obscenity, child pornography, defamation, fighting words, and speech that is integral to criminal conduct.

IMO, the intent is the issue. Why the info was put out there is is obvious,

Swing and a miss on your part as far as these actions violating Ca. statutes.

You didn't read what I wrote

The people serving the warrant are feds. They're not relying on a California state law.

If the doxxer works for a governmental entity. He's toast. But if he's just some kid doing it, I'm not really sure you could effectively prosecute. Especially if there is no direct relationship.

Most states have statutes against inciting violence or harassment. The Feds have a statute preventing inciting violence. I could convince a jury that there is no reasonable doubt that that is what he was doing.

Here is what was on the flier.

"
quote:

These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers," the posters say.

Not only is the intent clear, its not truthful. And there is a hate crime thrown in there to boot.

He was already arrested for antisemitism on USC campus....and he lives with mommie and daddy.

Clearly this fella needs a little time in the remand yard with some crips and bloods.....while the guards Doxx that he is a lover of MS13 and Tren de Agua.

We all know your schtick is to be contrarian to normal PoV, but c’mon.

You know exactly what the intent of revealing identities was. It was to incite fear and encourage people to harass or do harm. Don’t be an a-hole.

Why don’t you share your name and address here? Worried?
